What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Issues with the design? No worries, We will exchange it for you for free! We do not offer any refunds. Order once placed can be exchanged with products from within the company having similar monetary value. A win-win for the both of us.   

Are your clothes true to size?

We offer a full range of sizes from XS to XXL (or list your range). Check each product page for specific availability. To be super sure, we recommend you keep a buffer of 1 inch when you order your products. All our products have a sizing chart to which you should refer to. 

Where and how long does shipping take?

We usually take 7 days to deliver your order. 
India - 7 days
International - 14 - 20 days
( Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location while placing international orders. )

What is your minimum quantity for a group order?

NO Minimum orders!! As starting out in the clothing industry we were hit hard with MOQs. Since we started to solve a problem, we solved this one for you too!
Order 5 or 5000 we're with you throughout.

Can I customize an item or request a custom design?

Yes! We offer custom designs for bulk orders or special requests. Hit us up via DM on instagram or email to get started.

Check out our policy

  • Order Policy

    • All orders must be confirmed via email or official channel.
    • Lead time: 7–14 business days, depending on order size and design.

  • Customization Policy

    • We offer custom printing, embroidery, and logo placement.
    • Design changes are not allowed after approval.

  • Payment Policy

    • Bulk orders - A 70% advance is required to process your order.
    • Personal orders - A full payment must be made at the time of checkout.

  • Return & Exchange

    • Personal orders to be returned within 7 days. Only exchanges are taken place at our store.
    • Customized products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customer Support

    • Our support team is available 24x7, from 10 AM to 11 PM, via phone, email, or WhatsApp. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
      Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Miscellaneous

    • Any other challenge to arise between the client and University Arena shall be dealt with fairness and mutual understanding.
